The kitchen is stocked with shared pots, pans, dishes and so forth and each co-owner has a locker in the kitchen closet. This group has a rotating use schedule and co-owners trade weeks among themselves. The Inn at Otter Crest is a 35 acre ocean front resort with a heated ocean front swimming pool, hot tub and saunas, private beach access, on-site restaurant, children's playground, walking paths, tennis/pickleball court, basketball court and more!
